A few things to know , the parking garage is at the back of the building on Plume lane and Commercial be sure to pay at kiosk or Scan QR Code. Free street parking on street and around the building after 6pm. 

✨BOOKINGS BEFORE 5:30pm✨

If your time is before 5:30pm the security at the front desk will let you and guest up to the 16th floor. Your Host will meet you in waiting area and take you to your destination on the 15th floor. 

✨ BOOKINGS AFTER 5:30✨

There will be a warm welcome with our host at the door of the building to let you and guests inside if you’re booking after 5:30pm. Host will bring you to sign in at security desk and we will proceed to the elevators to the 15th floor. Host will walk you to destination. 

✨ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ✨

Text the number 757-231-6787 if you need to leave building and come back inside. The limit for Room A is 6 people and Room B is 25 people and the Deluxe Space 150.

This is an exclusive location and requires for you to have the same group of people the entire booking. Outside food is allowed in space and Wine & Beer is allowed, Please send a copy of a one day ABC License. It is required that you seal Wine and Beer entering and leaving building.
